A new design which features improved efficiency - same great light output but with 20% less power consumption. The LED's are uprated with higher CRi for better colour reproduction and the SDMC figure is <3 - for much greater colour consistency. Tested to still perform at almost 99% of the original output after 9000 hours of use - thats over 1 year of constant use.
Designed for very long life, it has a triple thickness PCB which reduces heat build up and allows the strip to work over longer lengths. You can achieve a 10m maximum run length with little visible voltage drop from the beginning to the end.
We have used a premium grade 3M VHB (very high bond) tape which means that if it is installed correctly then it does not de-laminate.

Is this product dimmable? Can you buy 50m or 100m rolls (have 2 rooms to do mounted on top of picture rail). Do you need an aluminium profile or can you just mount straight onto the picture rail? Many thanks

Yes this strip is dimmable with the correct powr supply or controller. the largest reel we have of this strip is 30m, however please note that we currently only have 2 of these in stock in this colour temperature.
