Black stair nosing aluminium LED profile housing with rubberised non slip insert that sides into the top surface.

Designed to allow LED strip lighting to shine down onto the stair/step below. A diffuser fits over the LED strip making it not directly visible from the front.

The profile is secured in place by removing the anti slip insert, screwing through onto the floor below and then reinserting the anti slip insert meaning the screw heads are completely hidden for a neat finish.

The rounded aluminium construction provides a grippy and hard-wearing upper surface and effective heat-management for our high-powered LED strips.

Stair LED profiles are ideal for use in theatres, cinemas and public areas that require low level lighting to guide customers and improve both appearance and safety.

The diffuser smooths the appearance of the LEDs and provides light that is even and attractive to look at.

This profile will accept LED strip up to 13mm wide, see dimensions diagram above for more information. All of our LED strip except TuffStrip Pro can be used with this housing.

is this profile suitable for use with carpet on the tread please?

Hi, This profile can be used over carpet on the stair edge, we wouldnt recommend running carpet over the profile as this may cauase a trip hazard.
