A 2m long, extra wide surface mounted aluminium LED profile set that's ideal for creating bright luminaires with multiple rows of lighting.

Easily mounted on any flat surface with the included mounting brackets, these channels dramatically improve the appearance of LED strip.

It has an anodised to help prevent rust/damage.

Our housing is rigid and can stand up against the elements, giving LED strip some added protection from potential splashes and other debris that could otherwise be collected on the tape PCB. Don't need a full strip of profile? Or, perhaps you need 2 lengths made form 1? No problem - most of our profile you can simply use a chop saw with an aluminium cutting blade or a hacksaw to cut down to your desired size.

Would it be possible to get additional mounting clips with these as my installation means cutting these into several shorter lengths - 4 clips per 2m length won't be enough. Or alternatively, is it ok to drill a small pilot hole through the bottom of the channel and screw directly into the substrate that way?

Hi, Yes you can order more mounting clips here https://www.ledspace.co.uk/collections/accessories-for-led-profiles/products/alu14-mounting-clips, alternatively, yes you can drill a small hole in the profile and screw into place, but in order to keep the strip flat as possible inside, would need to countersink the hole slightly
Do you do samples? I'm interested in a small sample of this product - 24mm Wide Surface Mounted Aluminium Profile and Diffuser for LED Strip

Can these be cut to different lengths and also be linked together

These profiles can be cut to any length you would require, they do not have a specific joining clip however simply can be placed end to end to link them. ^Shaun.
