We know you're looking forward to getting started. Here's everything you need to know about delivery, from what it costs to what happens after you order.
In-stock orders are prepared for courier collection the same working day.
Our standard UK mainland courier service. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
If your delivery is delayed, get in touch and we'll chase it with the courier.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Regional exclusions and bespoke order lead times apply; see below.
Long lead-time LED profiles
Please allow 14-21 days for delivery when your order includes a product from our bespoke LED profile collection.
We ship all items together. This lead time applies to your whole order, including any standard products ordered alongside these profiles.
Your basket identifies the profiles with this longer lead time before checkout.
From our team to your door
Place your in-stock order before 5pm on a working day and our team will pick, pack and have it ready for the courier to collect that day. Orders placed after 5pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are prepared on the next working day.

We manage the order cut-off and prepare your order on time. Once the courier collects it, the journey and delivery timing are in their hands.
We send standard UK mainland orders on a next-day delivery service, but this is not a guaranteed delivery date. Courier delays can happen, even when your order leaves us on time.
If that happens, we're still here to help. Contact our team and we'll follow up with the courier for you.
Planning an installation? Please allow a little extra time and wait until your order has arrived and you've checked it before booking your installer.
How much does delivery cost?
Our standard UK mainland delivery rates depend on what's in your order.

Separate rates apply to certain Scottish postcodes, the Highlands and Islands, and offshore addresses. If you're unsure which rate applies to your order, email support@ledspace.co.uk and we'll be happy to help.
When should I expect my order?
The guide below covers standard in-stock orders going to UK mainland addresses. Orders containing long lead-time profiles have a 14-21 day delivery lead time for the whole order. The standard delivery days below are estimates, subject to courier collection and delivery, and exclude bank holidays.

Ordering after 5pm Monday to Thursday? Follow the next working day's row. For example, an order placed on Monday evening is prepared on Tuesday, with delivery expected on Wednesday.
Saturday delivery is an estimate, just like the other delivery days shown. Bank holidays can move both collection and delivery dates. You can check upcoming UK bank holidays here.
Delivery taking longer than expected?
We're sorry for the wait. If your expected delivery day has passed and your order hasn't arrived, please email support@ledspace.co.uk with your order number and delivery postcode.
We'll check with the courier and help you understand what happens next. You can come straight to us for help.
Scottish Highlands, Islands & offshore delivery
Some destinations take a little longer to reach and have separate delivery rates. The following service times are estimates from dispatch.
Scottish mainland & Highlands: estimated 1–3 days
Postcode areas: AB10–16, AB21–25, AB30–39, AB41–45, AB51–56; DD8–9; FK7–21; IV1–28, IV30–32, IV36, IV40, IV52–54; KW1–14; KY99; PA21–40, PA80; PH3–13, PH15–26, PH30–41, PH49–50.
Scottish offshore: estimated 2–5 days
Postcode areas: HS1–9; IV41–51, IV55–56; KA27–28; KW15–17; PA20, PA41–49, PA60–78; PH42–44; ZE1–3.
For other offshore addresses, or if you're unsure about your postcode, please contact our team before ordering so we can check the delivery options.

Orders that include a bespoke service need extra preparation time, so our standard same-day dispatch schedule does not apply.

Ordering from the EU?
We welcome orders from EU customers. We do not charge UK VAT on these orders, but you may need to pay local VAT and import or handling charges when your goods arrive in your country.
These charges are set by the destination country's authorities and the delivery provider. If you're unsure about delivery to your country, get in touch before ordering and we'll help with the delivery information available to us.
