Our new waterproof SPLASH12 LED range is made using the latest manufacturing techniques. It is ideal for indoor or outdoor decorative and architectural applications from kitchens and bathrooms to driveways, patios and pool surrounds.
SPLASH12 LED strip gives a continuous even light along the whole length of the strip. This means no spots – and no diffuser is required.
The SPLASH12S colour-changing RGBW LED strip adds a true white chip to RGB, giving better colour control, more pastel colours and a much wider palette, as well as true white light capability. The results are much greater subtlety and more effective light.
The integrated eco-friendly silicone side-bend housing is laterally flexible and will easily bend sideways to create an arc with a radius that can be as tight as 60mm (see diagram).
The silicone housing gives the SPLASH12 range an IP67 rating, meaning no dust ingress, plus protection against temporary water immersion (up to 1 metre deep). The waterproof silicone extrusion is flame retardant and resistant to salt solutions, acid and alkali corrosion and UV yellowing.
Our range of specially designed mounting options includes a rigid channel, flexi channel and U-clips.
The SPLASH12 range can be operated using all LEDSpace controls.

I have 4M of the SPLASH12 and the TUYA app is asking for the light trip length in pixels. Do you have a guide at all for this setting?

Splash12 RGB has 12 pixels per metre and so you would have 48 pixels.

I am working out the length for a set of L shape lights with a 60mm radius corner as stated in your spec. Do you use the inside radius measurement R=60mm or the middle measurement of R=66.5mm or outside measurement of R=73 as it makes a difference. Can you make a 90 degree corner to make a L shape

The operating voltage of this strip is 24V, unfortunatley we don't stock the 12V option. With that strip you can achieve any colour. -
Do the SPLASH12 strips need to be mounted in one of your mounting channels (e.g. for heat-sinking)? I'm thinking of using them on the underside of a wood mantel. The neatest way of doing it would be to rout a channel in the wood so the strip would be flush mounted. Also, do the strips have self adhesive tape on the back as your others do?

That strip doesn't require an aluminium channel.
Yes, it can be installed on the underside of a wood mantle.
Splash12 dosen't have 3M VHB adhesive but is easy to install by specially designed mounting options.
