Product Q&A

  • Hi. I'm looking for some 12v wrgb strip lighting for a campervan ceiling. 2 * 4m. Would like the wrgb strip controller as well. What can you recommend ?

    Hi,
Unfortunately we do not have an RGBW strip in 12v, only 24v, if you would like addressable strip this would be possible in 12v, please check here

    Pixel Strip

    Thanks

  • Hi, does this also work with the alexa controler swell, or do you have to install a different controller along side it?

Hi, This switch will also wirelessly work with the Alexa controller

  • Is there some way to connect this switch to the tuya smart app or do you have to use the match buttons on the other controllers?

Hi,  This switch works with Radio Frequency, so will connect only directly to the interface it is to control, the interface itself can be linked to the smart app through the Wifi. here you can create zones/groups to control lights how you wish.

  • I am looking to install a lighting scheme into a bathroom and would like to know if the Halo led wall switch has to be hard wired to each individual zone or can the Halo switch link remotely ie RF. Do you have any wiring or technical sites I could view for more guidance. We are a small North East of England electrical contracting firm looking to offer our clients a more bespoke service

    Hi,

The wall switch requires AC power in order to run, however it will connect with each zone via RF so no hard wiring is required for this.

  • Is this switch compatible with H3-RCV-AMZ?

    Hi,

Yes, it is compatible with H3-RCV-AMZ.
