6m Cool White LED Strip Pack with Zigbee Control

The pack contains one 6m length of Seamless8 cool white LED strip, a 75W 24V power supply, a Zigbee interface, seven solder-free strip-to-wire connectors and 3m of two-core low-voltage cable, a UK plug with a 2m lead, and installation instructions. Aluminium profiles are sold separately. A compatible Zigbee hub or bridge is required and is not supplied.

This pack produces a fixed 6000K cool white light. It does not change colour or adjust between warm and cool white. Choose an adjustable-white or RGB pack if you need those functions.

Pair the included Zigbee interface with a compatible Zigbee hub or bridge, then use that system's app for switching and dimming. This is a Zigbee interface, not the direct Wi-Fi interface supplied in the APP pack. The hub or bridge is not included.

Yes. A compatible Zigbee hub or bridge is required, such as a suitable Philips Hue Bridge or an Amazon device with a compatible built-in Zigbee hub. An ordinary Wi-Fi router or smart speaker without a Zigbee hub is not enough by itself. Confirm compatibility with your exact device before ordering.

Voice control depends on the compatible Zigbee hub or bridge and its integration with Alexa or Google Home. Connect the strip interface through that supported system. A smart speaker alone does not guarantee compatibility, and available functions depend on the hub and integration.

No. This pack dims the LED strip through its low-voltage interface and uses a non-mains-dimmable power supply. Do not connect that supply to a mains wall dimmer. Use the supplied control method, or choose a pack specifically designed for mains Triac dimming.

A UK plug with a 2m lead is included for a socket-powered installation. The power supply can also form part of a hardwired installation carried out by a qualified electrician. The LED strip operates at 24V DC and must be powered through the supplied power supply, never connected directly to mains electricity. Assembly and connection are required; follow the installation instructions.

Yes. This version of Seamless8 can be cut anywhere along the strip, so you are not restricted to fixed 50mm cut points. Its continuous copper layer has a protective zinc coating. Disconnect the power before cutting and follow the supplied cutting and connection instructions.

Yes. The 6m strip can be divided into shorter sections, with the supplied cable and connectors used to bridge the gaps. You have seven strip-to-wire connectors and 3m of two-core cable, so plan the required connections and cable routes before cutting. Separate branches may require additional suitable distribution terminals. Sections on the same lighting interface operate together; check all cable, connector and control load limits for the layout.

Cut the strip and bridge the corner or gap using lengths of the supplied two-core cable and the strip-to-wire connectors. This avoids forcing a sharp sideways bend into the LED tape. The pack includes seven strip-to-wire connectors; rigid 90-degree corner connectors are not included.

No soldering is needed when using the supplied connectors with this 8mm single-colour strip. The cable pack is designed to make power leads and linking cables using solder-free strip-to-wire connectors. Follow the connector instructions and match the correct polarity; connectors for other strip widths or types are not interchangeable. Mains-side installation work should be carried out by a qualified electrician.

You receive 3m of two-core cable for the low-voltage connections and a separate UK plug lead that is 2m long. The low-voltage cable can be cut to suit the layout. If you need more cable, use suitable compatible two-core cable and have the required length and load checked.

The strip has 3M 300LSE adhesive backing for mounting to a suitable clean, dry surface. Measure and test your layout before removing the protective liner, then fit the strip according to the installation instructions. An aluminium profile can be added if you want a housing for the strip.

Seamless8 uses 480 LEDs per metre to produce a continuous, dot-free line of light without needing a diffuser. An aluminium profile is optional for a housed installation. The strip is 8mm wide; check the profile dimensions and allow space for any connectors. Profiles and diffusers are sold separately.

The strip is rated at 700 lumens per metre, giving a nominal 4,200 lumens over the full 6m length. It produces 6000K cool white light and has a colour rendering index above 90. The light reaching the surface will depend on the installation and any profile or diffuser used.

The strip is rated at a maximum of 9W per metre, so the full 6m length has a maximum strip load of 54W. The pack lists a 75W 24V power supply. The supply wattage describes its capacity, not continuous energy consumption.

The strip's maximum run when powered from one end is 8m. That run limit does not mean this pack can automatically be extended to that length. Power-supply, interface, cable and connector ratings must all suit the load; additional feeds do not increase the capacity of a power supply or interface.

Contact LEDSpace before extending this pack. The power supply, lighting interface, cable and connectors must all be sized for the total load, and each strip run must remain within the 8m single-end feed limit. Extra strip may need additional power feeds or different components. Choose a pack sized for your final installation rather than assuming the included supply can power more strip.

This pack is intended for dry indoor use and is not a waterproof lighting system. Keep the strip, connections, controls and power supply away from water and damp conditions. For outdoor or wet locations, contact LEDSpace to select a suitably rated complete system.
