  • i can not get my R11 dimmer remote control to match with my Blaq Aura lights, please send advise

    To pair Blaq Aura and remote you need to press and hold the brightness up and down buttons on the inline controller together for a few seconds until the strip starts flashing, once it does you need to press the on/off button on the remote a few times.  This should successfully pair your remote.
