Hi. I have a touch panel (H3-WS-1-AC-BLK) which I am using as an RF remote to control three smart interfaces (H3-RCV-AMZ). I have assigned them to zones but now want to delete them in order to reassign them to different zones. I have followed the instructions supplied (I tried holding match key for 5 seconds, and I tried power cycling twice then pressing zone key 5 times). Neither method worked. Could you please advise me what to try next. Thanks, Paul.
You need to hold the match key for 20 seconds and then it should work.

Hi. I have two of these wall switches and three seperate adjustable LED strips, each fitted with its own wireless remote unit. I want to group two of the strips into one zone, and put the third into a seperate zone of its own. My question is: could I do this and be able to control both zones from each wall switch? Is there a manual that I can download to learn how to do this? Thanks, Paul.
Yes you just pair both switches to the interfaces.

Yes you can link more than 1 interface to one zone.

Can this switch control the blaq slat wall strips? If I have 4 of the strips can each be controlled independently?
Yes this switch can control the Blaq Aura but you wouldn't be able to control the strips independently, to do this you would need an interface on each strip.
