Step 1/6: Choose your layout

Tell us how your LED strip will be laid out so we can guide you on the right power supply and connectors. For a single run powered from one end we recommend a maximum of around 8 metres to avoid dimming. Longer systems are usually fed from more than one point or split into several runs.

Single run – powered from one end

Best for simple straight runs up to around 8 metres from a single feed point.

For longer continuous runs where you want even brightness from end to end (typically up to around 16 metres in total, 8 metres each way).

For multiple shorter runs in the same area, such as several cupboards, plinths or worktops.

Your LED strip and connector pack includes 3 metres of cable and 7 connectors. Add extra cable, corner connectors, and Wago connectors if you are feeding the strip from more than one point or running several strips from one power supply.
