In this video, we show you the final step of your installation: pairing your RF (Radio Frequency) remote control to the LEDSpace interface. While we demonstrate this using a color-changing remote, the pairing process is identical for Single Color (White) and Tunable White (CCT) remotes.
We cover the following details:
- Preparation: Ensuring your system (Driver, Interface, and LED Strip) is powered on and functioning. We also cover inserting batteries and checking the remote's indicator light.
- Interface Status: How to stabilize the interface if it is currently searching for a Wi-Fi network (flashing purple) by pressing the match key once.
- The Pairing Process:Press the Match Key on the interface once to enter pairing mode.Immediately press your desired Zone Number (e.g., Zone 1) on the remote control.
- Confirmation: Watching for the LED strip to blink quickly, confirming the successful link.
- Testing: Verifying the connection by toggling power and adjusting colors using the touch wheel.
Technical Tip: These remotes can control up to four separate zones. To pair multiple receivers to different zones, simply repeat this process but select a different number (1-4) on the remote during the pairing step.
