When will I receive my order?

If you have already ordered: Please visit our Order Tracker. Enter your order number and postcode, then click 'Delivery' to view tracking details. If your order is late, please press the 'Report Late' button to alert our service team.

If you haven't ordered yet: Delivery depends on your location and the items chosen.

Standard items: Typically delivered the next day (Mon–Sat) if ordered before the cut-off time.

Custom items (cutting, soldering, programming): Typically require a 3-business-day turnaround.
