Plaster-In LED Profile Channels

For a beautiful, professional look, try this concealed LED strip channel. Our flush-to-surface, aluminium plaster-in profile keeps everything but the specially designed opal diffuser out of sight – giving a seamless line of light and a sleek, modern finish.

Each different style of mounting channel from our plaster-in LED profile range is supplied with its own diffuser. End-caps are also available for each style if required.

Our flush LED profile is made of anodised, rust-resistant aluminium and is shipped in various lengths (see product page for exact specifications for each style). For longer runs, simply butt together. This architectural LED profile can be easily trimmed to size on-site, using a chop saw with an aluminium cutting blade or a hacksaw. Alternatively, you can leave it to us to cut to the length you need. Simply add the aluminium cutting service to your basket, then specify your cutting requirements under ‘additional information’ on the cart page and we’ll do the rest.

Simple to fit between sheets of plasterboard: just fix the profile and close the boards in tight under the aluminium flanges for a snug, easily skimmable, recessed channel.

TIPS

Whatever the application, a mounting profile with diffuser will always offer the best protection for your LED strip lighting against dust, grease and general wear and tear.

When ordering your choice of smooth finish LED channel, always think of the width of the lighting strip you want to use it with. The inside dimension of the profile will need to be a little wider than the width of your chosen LED strip.
