Adding devices to the Smart Hub

Once you’ve got your phone connected to the Hub, it’s time to connect your other devices.

Any existing WiFi based devices (Such as our Blaq Aura, or our H3-RCV-XX Series, will be automatically imported to the switch.

To pair your new HALO Device:

Ensure that the new device is powered & on

In the Vivoe app, find and select the hub, then go to ‘Gateway’.

Once there, press the ‘add device’ button at the bottom of the screen, then select ‘add new device’

You may be prompted to put the device into pairing mode – follow your device’s specific instructions.

Tap the device you wish to add, and wait for it to connect.

You can then give it a helpful name, i.e. ‘Media wall shelves’

You should now be able to control the HALO device through the Hub and through the Vivoe app.

To see your devices on the Hub’s screen, wipe right from the home page.

Tap the power icon on a device’s card to turn it on/off

Tap the device card itself to configure brightness and colour settings

Tap ‘All Devices’ at the top of the screen to see all paired devices.

You can re-order and hide devices from this screen by holding that device’s card.
