Orpington Residence
Discover the seamless blend of sophistication and technology in an Orpington residence, where a motion-activated LED strip transforms a simple journey from the front door to the kitchen into an animated light spectacle.
Utilising the Maxilux C-Box paired with a 24v digital LED strip, the installation comes to life with a bespoke animation upon detection of movement, courtesy of a strategically placed PIR sensor in the hallway. This not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also provides functional illumination.
Residents have the luxury of choosing from various scenes via a wall-mounted switch, tailoring the ambiance to their liking.

Swallowfields Barn
This client approached us looking for end-to-end support for the lighting throughout their new home. We worked with drawings of the development to produce a schedule of strip lighting, providing specifications on product solution and installation guidance.
The client was looking for a package of components that would reliably work together, including control from an App that could then interface to Amazon Alexa as well.
As the aesthetics of light level and visibility varied across the project, we were able to propose a combination of conventional high output RGBW LED as well as chip on board (COB) strip, with both solutions routed back to a common source for both power and control.
As our smart technology will work seamlessly with both an App and wall plate control, the client now has a robust system of lighting control and an overall effect they will gladly live with for many years.
