2m ALU75 Plaster-In LED Profile, 61.5 x 13.8mm

ALU75 creates a recessed, flush line of light in plastered walls and ceilings, including around roof lanterns. The perforated flanges sit beneath the plaster finish, leaving the diffuser visible.

One ALU75P contains one 2m aluminium profile channel and one 2m opal diffuser.

Each profile is 2000mm long, 61.5mm wide overall and 13.8mm deep overall. The internal channel is 20.8mm wide and accepts LED strips up to 20mm wide. Published dimensions are nominal, with manufacturing tolerances of up to plus or minus 1mm.

ALU75 accepts LED strips up to 20mm wide. Allow room for the connections when planning the layout.

Yes, provided the LED strip is no wider than 20mm. The light colour, brightness and control options come from the chosen strip and its power and control components.

The opal diffuser clips into the front face of the profile and helps soften the light.

Yes. The aluminium profile can be cut with a suitable hacksaw or aluminium-cutting blade. LEDSpace also offers a profile-cutting service, priced per cut; add your required lengths in the basket notes.

Butt the profile lengths together. Stagger the diffuser joints relative to the aluminium joints to help disguise the joins. A compatible 5m diffuser roll is available for longer diffuser sections.

ALU75 has matching mitred, internal and external corner sections supplied with diffusers. Mitred pieces form a 90-degree turn on a flat surface; internal and external pieces suit inside and outside corners. Links are in the Accessories tab.

Use the matching ALU75 blank end cap to close a channel end, or the slotted end cap where the cable exits. Both are linked in the Accessories tab.

Yes. The ALU75 5m opal diffuser roll is a compatible option for spanning several aluminium profile lengths. It is linked in the Accessories tab.

Fix the profile through its perforated flanges and finish the surrounding plaster flush with the diffuser face. Keep the channel clean during plastering and decorating. The existing video in the Installation tab shows the fitting process.
