The HALO Smart PIR Motion Sensor is a smart home ready, battery powered passive infrared (PIR) detector designed to integrate seamlessly into your HALO ecosystem. It brings together reliable motion detection, simple install and smart automation, all controlled through the VIVOE app.
Whether placed in a hallway, bedroom, or utility space, the HALO-PIR detects presence and movement to trigger scenes, automations or notifications, helping create a more responsive, connected home.
Works with: HALO hubs and gateways in the Gateway & Hubs collection, plus compatible HALO switches, plugs, dimmers and LED control products.
Requires: A HALO Zigbee Gateway, Hub Mini or Hub Max to trigger automations.
Best paired with: The HALO Smart Plug, HALO Smart Switch or HALO Smart Dimming Module in hallways, cupboards and other pass-through spaces.
Control type: Battery-powered Zigbee PIR motion trigger.
Good to know: This is best for transient spaces; for lived-in rooms where people may sit still, use the HALO 240V Presence Sensor instead.
