In this video, we show you how to connect your prepared RGB LED strip (with 4-core cable) to an LEDSpace interface. We walk you through the cable preparation and the specific wiring order required to ensure your colors display correctly.
We cover the following details:
- Cable Preparation: Stripping the insulation, splitting the four strands, twisting the copper, and folding it over to create a thicker contact point for the terminals.
- Wiring Logic (Crucial Step):Black Wire: Connects to the Positive (+) terminal. Red Wire: Connects to the R (Red) terminal. Green Wire: Connects to the G (Green) terminal. Blue Wire: Connects to the B (Blue) terminal.
- Terminal Management: How to properly loosen and tighten the terminals to accommodate the folded copper wires.
- Final Check: Confirming the interface indicator light is set to Red to ensure the controller is in RGB mode.
Technical Tip: Standard 4-core RGB cable often uses Black as the "Common Positive" rather than Red. Always connect the Black wire to the Plus (+) terminal first, then match the remaining Colored wires to their respective letters (R, G, B).
